1830 Series
The Robertshaw® 1830 Series Pilot Burner Safety Switch Kit is an ignition control with an embedded safety switch. The kit includes 10-680 electrode assembly. The control's sensing technology automatically detects when a flame is not present and shuts off gas flow to help prevent an unsafe condition. This hard-to-find part is a key replacement component for over 1,700 Carrier, Payne, and Bryant and Daynight (BPD) furnace models.

Flexible 304 stainless steel with yellow polyethylene jacketing. All tubing clearly marked with gas pressure rating, EHD (Equivalent Hydraulic Diameter). Tested to the ANSI Standards for Fuel Gas Piping System using Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing(CSST), ANSI LC-1a-2009, CSA 6.26a-2009, ANSI LC-1-2005 and CSA 6.26-2005.

The Robertshaw® 1960 Series Thermocouple is a special low-mass or quick dropout thermocouple. It is usually found on applications that require an oxygen depletion system on the thermo safety. It is also found on many LP gas applications that require a quick dropout of the thermo safety if there is a loss of pilot flame.

ATTENTION: The 1960-027 has standard thermocouple threads, and WILL NOT fit applications with metric threads.
